Hamba Indian Mango Exhibition 2026

The 3rd Hamba Indian Mango Exhibition at Souq Waqif has achieved outstanding success during its first five days, recording significant increases in both sales and visitor numbers. Organized by the Celebrations Committee of the Private Engineering Office in cooperation with the Embassy of India in Qatar, the exhibition continues to attract thousands of mango lovers from across the country and beyond.


Mango sales reached an impressive 84 tonnes during the first five days, surpassing the 56 tonnes sold during the same period last year. Visitor numbers also climbed sharply, with more than 74,000 people attending the event compared to over 52,000 visitors during the previous edition.


Strong Demand for Premium Indian Mangoes


The exhibition's growing popularity reflects the increasing demand for premium Indian mango varieties and a wide range of mango-based products. Visitors can enjoy fresh mangoes alongside specialty products such as juices, desserts, pickles, beverages, and other mango-inspired culinary creations.

More Than 35 Indian Companies Participate


This year's edition features over 35 Indian companies showcasing some of India's finest mango varieties. The event offers visitors a unique cultural and gastronomic experience through diverse food products and innovative mango-inspired offerings.


According to Mr. Khalid Saif Al Suwaidi, General Supervisor of the Exhibition, the strong performance during the first five days demonstrates the growing popularity of the event and the increasing demand for Indian mangoes in Qatar.


Organizers Expect Visitor Numbers to Rise Further


Al Suwaidi attributed the exhibition's success to the wide variety of participating companies, the introduction of innovative mango-based products, and its timing during the summer holiday season. He expressed confidence that attendance will continue to increase throughout the remaining days of the exhibition.

• Premium mangoes are flown in daily from India.
• Popular varieties often sell out early due to high demand.
• Exhibition timings are from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm daily.
